The planner is the free product: a solved order for up to 15 routines, a check of any order you make yourself, and the printed running order and quick change report. Premium is for the studio with a full recital, more than one show and a program to print.

What stays free?
A solved running order for a show of up to 15 routines, forever: the solver, the running order grid with drag, breaks and live quick change flags, the printed backstage running order and the quick change report, plus checking an order you made yourself at any size, JSON backup and restore, the guide and the FAQ. No account is needed and nothing you type leaves your browser.
What does Premium add?
The solver on shows larger than 15 routines, splitting one roster into two or more shows, pinned slots and grouping rules, every print layout (the audience program, family sheets, costume and dressing room lists), CSV download, and saved shows and seasons with last year's roster duplicated in one step.
Is the solver different in Premium?
No. The solver, its rules and its explanations are the same for everyone. Premium raises the routine limit and adds pins, groups, the show split and more printouts. It does not order a free show any differently.
What happens if I import a file with several shows on the free plan?
Everything in the file is kept. The show that was open in the file stays editable, and the others open read-only: you can view, print and export them, and Premium makes them editable again. Nothing is deleted.
How is my access stored?
Purchases are handled by RevenueCat and Stripe. An anonymous purchase id is kept in this browser so Showorder recognises your Premium on this device. Your roster is never sent to either of them. Keep your receipt email for recovery.
I bought Premium on another browser or computer. How do I get it here?
Open the restore page and paste the access code shown on this Premium page, or the one from your receipt. Premium moves to this browser instantly. Your shows move separately: save a backup file on the old browser and restore it here.
Can I cancel, and can I get a refund?
Yes. The weekly and yearly plans renew automatically and can be cancelled anytime from the link in your receipt email; lifetime is a one time payment. Refunds are covered by the Refunds section of the terms of use, which is the one place the refund window is stated.
Lost your access code?
Your code is shown on this page whenever you have Premium here, and it is in your purchase receipt email. If you cannot find it, reply to your receipt email from the address you paid with, and access can be recovered from there.
