The terms that apply when you use Showorder: what a running order planning aid can be relied on for, names and children, your data and acceptable use.

What this is
Showorder is a planning aid that turns the routines, performers and rules you type into a proposed running order, and prints documents from it. The order of a show is an artistic decision and stays yours. The planner does not know your venue, your costumes or your dancers, so the gap you set between a dancer's numbers is the gap it works to, and a quick change it reports as unavoidable is unavoidable only under the rules you gave it. Check the order and every printout before you publish it to staff or families.
Names and children
Type whatever label you need to tell dancers apart. Nothing you enter leaves your browser. You remain responsible for following your studio's or school's rules about children's information on the device you use. Showorder makes no claim about the safety or supervision of anyone in a show.
Names used
Software and organisations are named on the comparison page and in the guides only to describe them, with the date their public pages were read. Showorder is not affiliated with any dance studio software company, dance teachers association, music examination board or competition organiser.
Payments
No paid plan is offered at present; if one is added, this page will describe it.
Your data
Anything the site remembers is stored by your own browser on your own device. You can clear it at any time, we cannot recover it, and it does not follow you to another device. Save a backup file regularly if the show matters to you.
Acceptable use
Use the site to build running orders. Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people, and do not enter more about a performer than you need to tell them apart.
Warranty and liability
The site is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Showorder is not liable for any loss arising from its use or from reliance on a running order it proposes. Check every order before you publish it to staff or families.
